About

Awaken Joy Counseling

Welcome to Awaken Joy Counseling, where we offer virtual therapy for women ages 18 and up. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for women to explore their emotions, overcome challenges, and find joy in their lives. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives and am dedicated to helping my clients awaken to a life filled with joy and fulfillment.

I’m Kristin, a compassionate and caring Christian therapist with a passion for helping others find joy in the midst of chaos and find purpose in the midst of pain.  I am originally from Anderson, Indiana but moved to Florida with my husband in 2014 with our two children, Rachel and Joshua.  When I’m not in my office, I enjoy taking my dog Rosie for walks, reading books, or laying out by the pool enjoying the sunshine.

I believe that you are here for a reason and that no matter what you have been through, there is always hope.  I believe that God has called you by name and has a purpose for your life.  My desire is to empower you to find joy and purpose by helping you discover your strengths and gifts to fulfill your purpose and reach your potential.
