Navigating the complexities of trauma can be overwhelming. Our services provide a neutral and supportive platform for individuals to do somatic-based work (body-mind connection). These sessions are longer in duration (about 90 minutes) and include guided meditation exercises to help you relax, focus on your breathing, and help you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and needs which will enable you to make decisions aligned with your values and goals.
